Bring RGCare5 to your whole team.
One account, one renewal date, and a quote built for your team. Built for OB/GYN practices, primary care, mental health practices, and community clinics.
Three steps, one account.
1
Choose your clinicians
Every clinician who will screen patients needs to be certified. Most practices start with the clinicians who see post-loss follow-ups.
2
Certify them together
Reserve seats in the same session so your team learns the conversation as a group and can keep practicing it together. Teams of 6 or more can request a private session for their practice alone.
3
Open your account
Your practice gets one RGCare5 account with your name and logo; every certified clinician gets a seat.
How many seats do we need?
Small practice, 2 to 5
Usually every clinician who sees patients after a loss.
Group practice or center, 6 to 20
The clinicians who own post-loss follow-up, plus the nurse or counselor patients are most likely to return to.
Multi-site clinic, 21 to 50
A certified clinician at every site where a post-loss visit can happen.
Tell us your setting and seat count, and we will quote your practice, with a lower rate per clinician as your team grows.
For clinics outside a medical practice.
If your organization has a nurse, counselor, or chaplain who sits with people after a loss, they can certify and screen, and the rest of your team can be trained in the conversation that follows. If someone is in acute distress, your existing crisis protocol applies; RGCare5 is a screener, not a crisis tool.
